My work is a visual representation of my dreams. The images and emotions that appear in my subconscious during sleep inspire my creations, and my paintings seek to bring those dreamscapes to life.

I'm Bethany Garrison, a mixed-media abstract artist and textile artist, living in Portland, OR.

I create colorful, intuitive abstract art rooted in expressing emotions and waking life imprints of my dreams. Working with my hands gives me a deep sense of purpose. I express myself by creating layered artwork using acrylic, gouache, ink, collage, yarn, and fabric.
